I wanted to say thank you to the staff at this store. I came to the store 7 months pregnant. In the aisles a lady offered me help when I was looking for items. At the checkout there was a lot of queue, a new checkout opened and the cashier said priority to the lady in front (meaning me) and to the priority people. Very appreciable this behavior on the part of the staff and very rare in stores.

Thing promised, thing due 👍🏼 I will start by highly recommending the Action de Pontchâteau which in terms of friendliness and wide choice has nothing to do with that of Savenay. I came for a return today. I had to deal with a very unpleasant "manager" who appeared in front of everyone, speaking very loudly and sharply. This doesn't surprise me at all when I read the previous comments. Also being in the business I can assure you, madam, this is not the way to talk to your customers (especially when they bring back dishes because they cannot be microwaved). If you take the time to respond to my comment, first start by giving me the address of your headquarters.

I am disappointed with this store. I wanted to buy a product and I referred to the label and not the packaging. But because it was poorly stored I took the wrong one. Unfortunately I realized this when unpacking. So no exchange possible.
